Job description
Plans menus. Oversees preparation and cooking of Thai style dishes, dinners, appetizers, and desserts according to recipe. Duties include estimating food consumption, requisition of foodstuffs, examination of established standards and specifications, preparation of meats and seafoods for cooking, portioning and garnishing as well as preparation of specialty dishes. Supervises other kitchen help.
Requires 2 years’ experience as Head Chef or Head Cook, Thai Cuisine. Hours: 40/week. Salary: $76,981.00 per year.
